Adrienne Gilliam

Adrienne is the newest member of Phillips Law. She grew up in Brentwood, TN and attended Father Ryan High School in Nashville, TN. Upon graduating near the top of her class, Adrienne went on to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville on scholarship.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a near perfect 4.0 GPA from East Tennessee State University. During her time in undergrad, Adrienne served as the Chair of the Student Judiciary Board, was president of the Pre-Law Society, made Dean’s List every semester and attained numerous meritorious scholarships.

After graduation Adrienne went on to attend the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school Adrienne was a member of the American Association of Justice Trial Team, Chair of Law Women, Chair of the Moot Court Board and named Legal Clinician of the Year.  Throughout law school Adrienne was an active member in several volunteer law societies and earned the highest grade in numerous classes.  Adrienne earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2009 and successfully passed the July 2009 Bar Examination.

Current memberships include: American Association of Justice, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Tennessee Association of Justice and Tennessee Bar Association.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys running, equestrian sports and world traveling.
